Our Chef William Baking Powder is a carefully balanced blend of disodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate and an inert filler, perfect for giving rise to cakes and biscuits. We also stock Chef William Bicarbonate of Soda, which is an odourless, free-flowing powder that is a great raising agent for a range of bakes and sweet treats.
