For the Tiffin
300 g milk chocolate Callebaut Select 823NV or dark chocolate Callebaut Select 811NV
100 g Butter, chopped
140 g Golden syrup
250 g Rich tea biscuits
250 g Roughly chopped cranberries and blue berries or a mix of nuts and dried fruit
- Place chocolate, butter and golden syrup into a plastic bowl and melt in the microwave.
- Break Rich Tea biscuits into small pieces and fold through the chocolate mix.
- Fold through the fruit or nuts and dried fruit.
- Place the mixture into a baking tin or terrine and lightly flatten.
- Place into the fridge to set. Once set, cut into the required size and serve.
