Crembels have a smooth texture that can be melted or beaten for layering.

These products have two applications -

Using straight from the pail, warm until the desired consistency is achieved,then pipe or flood cupcakes, enrobe gateau, dip or use for spinning.

For a filling cream - beat until light : 3 parts crembel fudge icing with one part cake margarine or butter.
