How much does UK delivery cost and how long does it take? 

Delivery within the UK mainland is free on orders over £50 excluding the Scottish Highlands. You can find a list of delivery prices in further information on the delivery information page.

Which payment options do you accept?

We Accept: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Debit and Switch.

How can I change my name, email address or password? 

You can change your name, email address and phone number when logged in to your account. When logged in to your account please select the update my details tab and amend as required.

If you have forgotten your password please click on the My Account tab as though you wanted to enter your account. When in the My Account tab you can then click on the forgotten password link. You will then need to enter a valid email address registered to your account with itsabakingthing.com and click on the reset password button. You will receive an email to the specified email address with instructions on how to update your password.

If an item is out of stock online, can I still order it over the phone?

It’sabakingthing.com is solely an ecommerce online store. In the eventuality that we have sold out of a product we will be working hard behind the scenes to ensure the stock is available at the earliest convenience. If the due date is not visible on the product page please send us an enquiry via our contact us form and we will get in touch as soon as possible.

How do I return items I've bought online?

How long do I have to return an item? 

You have 14 days to return an item to Itsabakingthing.com. Please notify us of any faulty or damaged goods items within 48hrs of receipt. You can do this via the contact us page.

Where can I find product specifications?

Product specifications can be located on the product page in the ingredients section. You can click on the specification tab and the document will open up in your browser for easy reading prior or after purchase. The specification will also be visible in your basket during checkout.

Allergen information can be located on each specification and will comply with current EU food information regulations.
